Autoship Systems Software to be used on BP Thunder Horse Platform
February 28, 2003

Autoship Systems Corporation (ASC) of Vancouver, Canada is pleased to announce a key sale in the offshore market.

Jim Rohr & Associates LLC (JRA) of Houston Texas will provide ASC's Autoload-Offshore software in final configuration to Kongsberg Simrad AS, for installation on BP's Thunder Horse (a semi-submersible oil rig under construction in Korea).

Autoload is a type approved loading instrument software. Using Autoload as part of the Marine Advisory System (MAS), the Thunder Horse crew will conduct hydrostatic simulations, monitor both vessel stability and strength, and provide ballast adjustment options. MAS ballast solutions will be transmitted to the Kongsberg Simrad Vessel Control System (VCS) which, on command, will adjust fluid levels in selected ballast and liquid control tanks.

Lloyd Baron, President of Autoship Systems Corporation adds:

"Jim Rohr and Associates LLC continues to bring excellent value forward in offshore markets, and we are delighted by their recent sale to Kongsberg Simrad AS.
